What are your payment method?

We use a Credit Card Authorization form for payment. Payments are not paid directly to agent. We only asked for last four numbers for the form. For privacy and security, we never save or hold card numbers.

Do you have Flex Pay?

We do have flex pay with paying a deposit. remainder of payments is paid in cycles. Payments are not paid directly to agent. Your deposit is made directly to the resort or tour operator. The deposit requirements are determined by the resorts or tour operators we work with and vary based on your chosen package and travel dates.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes.

Can I decline travel insurance?

Yes, you have the right to decline travel insurance. However, your vacation is an investment, therefore we encourage travel insurance for travelers.

Do you offer annual insurance for frequent travelers?

What documents do I need for my destination?

For destinations out of the country. Travelers will need - passports, visa, boarding pass, and updated vaccinations for many destinations.
